Lighthouse Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Fall City, WA and surrounding areas in the Snoqualmie Valley and East King County. Our services include but are not limited to water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, garbage disposal services, toilet repair and installation, septic tank pumping, horizontal boring, pipe repair, and emergency plumbing services.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide free estimates for most plumbing services. All estimates are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was initially assessed. Key terms regarding pricing:
- Estimates are not binding contracts until a formal agreement is signed or work is authorized.
- If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to accommodate changes whenever possible.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our warranty terms are as follows:
- Workmanship is warranted for a period specified at the time of service.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly by contacting us directly.
Licensing & Insurance
Lighthouse Plumbing is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor in the State of Washington. Our contractor license number is LIGHTP*832PL. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage to protect our customers and employees.
